Pharma Helse 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product within 90 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price. You may keep the product, no questions asked.

2. Incorrect Order: If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. Return the product within 30 days of receipt, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Subscription Solutions: The satisfaction guarantee only applies to the first shipment in the subscription. This is to ensure that our customers are satisfied from the start of their subscription relationship with us.

5. Return Period: All returns of unopened products must occur within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns.

6. Damage during shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will take responsibility and ensure you receive a new product or a refund.
