DELIVERY TIMES
In Norway, delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your residential address. Delays from shipping companies may occur during holidays and vacation periods.
All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Vinterbro, Norway.
RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. As soon as we have received and processed the returned items, the order amount will be refunded to the buyer. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the item(s) must be unused, and the product and packaging must be in an unchanged and resalable condition. This means that you cannot use the product, remove labels or break any seals. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item(s) must be returned to Pharma Helse in original packaging. According to paragraph 15 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, the return costs shall be borne by the buyer.

Refunds for returns:
If you have paid by card, we will refund the amount to the same card you used for the purchase. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days. If you have questions regarding refunds, please contact us directly by using our contact form here, or contact us at kundeservice@pharmahelse.no
If you have paid with Klarna, Klarna will refund once we have approved the return.
If you have paid with Vipps, the amount will be refunded to the account number linked to your Vipps account.
COMPLAINTS
After you have received the products, you must, as soon as you have the opportunity, check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether there are errors or defects in the products.
If the products have errors or defects when you take possession of them, you may, depending on the circumstances, demand rectification of the error, redelivery, price reduction, compensation, or cancellation of the purchase. Notification of errors and defects in the products can be communicated to us verbally or in writing by notifying customer service within 30 days of discovering the error or defect. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend sending us a written complaint with a photo to customer service. We will confirm receipt of all complaints in writing and handle the complaint within 7 business days.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION
The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council for help in a possible dispute with the seller, or the European Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you wish to submit a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENT
We deliver all orders via PostNord. Packages are stored at the final stop for 7 days (note that this may vary and can be up to 14 days). You will receive a notification when the package arrives. If you have not received the package notification or picked up your package, please contact us. Uncollected shipments are not returned unless you contact our customer service to declare it.
