2. My Account

If you have created a user account with Pharma Helse, it is personal. You are responsible for taking precautions to ensure that others do not access your account, including protecting your username and password. All offers you receive can only be used by you personally unless otherwise specifically stated. If you share personal details and a photo with us, we may use this in connection with the service.

Even if you choose not to receive marketing, we may still send you information relevant to your membership (such as changes to membership terms) as long as you are a member.

3. About Personal Data and Regulations

Personal data is information and assessments that can be linked to an identifiable individual. This may include name, address, telephone number, purchase history, email address, IP address, survey responses, and product choices.

All processing of personal data, such as collection, registration, storage, and disclosure, is subject to specific rules, including those in the Personal Data Act. Pharma Helse AS, Org. no. 925240044, through its general manager, is responsible for ensuring that the processing complies with the law's rules. Contact information is provided at the bottom of this page. The Norwegian Data Protection Authority supervises compliance with the law.

4. What kind of information do we collect?

To provide the best possible services, we depend on collecting various types of information, including personal data about you. Below is an overview of how we typically collect personal data and what kind of data this typically is. We do not collect sensitive information.

Information you provide to us
When you register as a user with us, you must provide some information that we store, such as name, phone number, address, and email address. We will also store information when you contact us later, such as inquiries to customer service. The information you provide may also be enriched using lookup services or social media you grant us access to.

Information we obtain through your use of our services
When you use our services, we record information about which services you use and how you use them. We collect information about:

Your device and internet connection: We record information about the device you use, for example, the manufacturer of the mobile/PC, operating system, and browser version. We also collect information about the connection to our services, such as IP addresses, network ID, cookies, and unique identification files.

Use of services or purchases: We record information about your use of the services, purchases in the online store, or which pages you visit and which functions you have used on our pages. We also store information about which products you purchase in our stores.

Location information: We record your geographical location when you use our services.

Information we receive from other sources
We occasionally receive information from other sources, such as partners and advertisers. For example, an advertiser may provide us with information about what happened after you clicked on an ad with us. We also receive so-called profiling information that can give us assumptions about which demographic groups you belong to and your preferences. As far as practically possible, we try to do this with anonymous data, without the information being specifically linked to you.

By partners, we mean lookup providers such as Bisnode. Your profile is then retrieved and enriched with your address and other stored assessments about you. You can change your consent to such automatic information updates at any time.

Cookies and other locally stored content
When you use our services, cookies and other data that can later be read by us are stored. The use of cookies is described in more detail here: Cookies.

Automatic assessments
Through the analysis of your behavior or responses, an automatic categorization of you as a customer can be derived. This information is used to customize communication with you if you have given your consent to this.

6. Sharing of Information

We generally do not share personal data with other companies, with the exception of collaborative partners who need the information to provide services to Pharmahelse. If we disclose personal data, we enter into agreements with the relevant third parties that limit their ability to use the information.

We may also disclose information in individual cases required by law, for example to public authorities if there is suspicion of a crime, or upon requests for access.

7. Managing Personal Data

You can influence what personal data we hold about you and how we use it. By contacting us at kundeservice@pharmahelse.no, or through My Account.

If you discover errors in the information we have about you, you can change this yourself in the settings or by contacting us so that we can correct it.

8. Deletion of Personal Data

You can contact us at any time if you wish to delete your stored personal data. We will also ensure your personal data is deleted if you no longer have an active customer relationship with us.

9. Specifically about marketing in email and SMS

If you have an active customer or subscription relationship with us, we may send you marketing by email or other electronic communication methods. However, if you do not have an active customer relationship, we will only send such marketing if you have given us your consent to do so. Your personal data may also be used to customize this communication. You can easily and freely unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe function in the emails/SMS messages.
